The Palin bandwagon is still rolling down the highway at a high rate of speed. After a couple of weeks of non-stop interviews, and book signings, Governor Palin continues to achieve Rock Star status everywhere she goes. After a much needed rest back home in Alaska for Thanksgiving, Sarah returns to the tour with cities across the south and the northwest schedule the first week of December.
With first week book sales topping Hillary Clinton’s numbers and reaching over 700,000 units, Palin is well on her way to selling over a million copies by the end of the year.
Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is planning to follow up her book tour be headlining an event which is being promoted as the “First National TEA Party Convention,” according to Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton.
The “TEA party convention”, which is taking place in Nashville, Tenn., from Feb. 4-6, is an understandable venue for Palin to talk to her base and fire up the conservative movement for the 2010 election cycle. She has praised the tea party movement throughout her book and speaking appearances. Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn. is also expected to speak at the event.
